In 1940, an old black and white movie called the Thief of Baghdad, told of a wicked vizier who attempted to steal the love of princess by forcing her to forget her true love.  To do this, the vizier needed to enchant the princess.  He brought a flower to her, a uniquely beautiful and delicate blossom, and told her with one whiff, all her toubles and problems would disappear.  The flower was The Blue Rose of Forgetfulness.  For a while, the princess forgot her life as the perfume of the Blue Rose masked the real world.  However, true love did eventually unmask this enchantment and the princess was reunited with her true love.  However, The Blue Rose remained, a symbol of magic and enchantment, a symbol of eternal escape. 

Now, I offer you this enchantment.  Let The Blue Rose unmask your secret dreams and allow you to forget your troubles.  In return, I offer you beauty, mystery, magic, literature... all in a whole new world where others live and play and wait to welcome you.
